Annual Membership Meeting 2020

Due to current COVID-19 State and County mandates, the Benicia Historical Museum Board of Directors is unable to hold their Annual Membership Meeting previously scheduled for September 27, 2020.

Below are the BHM 2019 Annual Meeting minutes plus the 2020 reports from the President, Treasurer, Executive Director, and Archives Director. There are no Board member changes at this time; as with many nonprofit organizations during this pandemic, the Board will be held over until next year.

We hope we will be meeting in person in September of 2021, and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
