Did you know: It’s National Volunteer Week!
Established by Presidential Proclamation in 1974 to highlight the opportunities available for those interested in volunteering, National Volunteer Week is also an opportunity to thank all the thousands of volunteers across the country who keep organizations running, communities safe, and provide services that otherwise would not exist.
Did you also know: The Benicia Historical Museum would not exist without volunteers!
From the Museum’s origins through today, volunteers made the Museum happen and keep it going. Thank you to our many Museum volunteers for keeping our history alive in Benicia!
